Nick’s lungs were severely compromised from seawater and he spent 51 days at Christiana Hospital in DE recovering from his injuries . On Tuesday, October 2nd, Nick was moved to Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore to begin the hard work of physical rehabilitation. Nick will post regular updates on his progress on this site under “Nick Speaks”. His mom (Elisa) will provide additional color commentary under “E Speaks”.
