2007-2008 STUDENT PARKING HANG TAG INFORMATION
“Student Parking Hang Tag Applications for the Academic Year 2007-2008” and “Langley High School Parking Rules and Regulations” will be available Mon, May 14, and must be turned in to Mrs. Schultz in the attendance office by Fri, May 25, with no exceptions!
Parking hang tags will be issued to rising seniors and to a limited number of rising juniors, all of whom must meet the deadline to submit appropriate forms, have acceptable academic performance and attendance records, and no disciplinary infractions. Juniors will be selected by lottery, and there will be no sophomore parking available. All drivers must be registered at Langley. Your student’s application will not be accepted unless ALL of the information is completed on BOTH sides of the form. Rising seniors must understand that parking is not an automatic entitlement, and ALL students must comply with the deadline!
Important Special Notice to All Juniors With or Without Hang Tags for the 2006-2007 School Year: Unpaid parking tickets from the 2006-2007 school year must be paid in full by Fri, May 11. Failure to do so will result in towing and not receiving your senior hang tag until the second quarter of the 2007-2008 school year. Please check the “Unpaid Parking Ticket” list posted outside the Finance Office.
Parent Pledge Agreement
The PTSA encourages all of our members to stay safe and alcohol free. The PTSA fully supports the Parent Agreement and the Safe Community Coalition Resolution. Click here to print form and return signed to school. It was first created several years ago in response to parental concerns about teenage drinking, drug use and unsupervised parties. Please use the list to touch base with other parents about parties or other social activities that take place outside of school. Help keep our students safe and send the message that substance abuse by our teens will not be condoned.
